Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply to leonspowerequipment.com and purchases accepted by Leon’s Power Equipment. Our contact address is 7444 Van Nuys Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 91405, United States; phone (818) 904-0226. Read these terms together with the Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Product information and availability

Product pages help you compare equipment. Confirm the specific model, included accessories, compatibility, stock availability and any delivery or assembly requirements before ordering. Images may show a product configuration or setting; only the items expressly included in the product description and accepted order are supplied. We do not represent ourselves as an authorized dealer for a brand unless that relationship is expressly confirmed.

If we identify a material listing or pricing error, we will explain the correction and let you decide whether to proceed before processing the affected order. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed total without your consent. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled amount.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Standard shipping to eligible contiguous-U.S. addresses is free with no minimum order. Applicable taxes and any customer-requested optional service charges must be shown or quoted before payment. Available payment methods are the methods actually offered for your accepted order; a logo or product listing alone does not confirm a payment arrangement.

An order submission or automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of a request, not that every item is available or dispatched. We will confirm acceptance, availability and delivery arrangements. If we do not accept an order for which payment was collected, we will issue a full refund. Do not attempt payment when checkout does not offer a supported delivery and payment method; contact us instead.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

The confirmed shipping schedule and our free standard shipping policy apply. Any optional service upgrade requires your agreement before payment. If dispatch is delayed, we will offer the choice to consent to the revised arrangement or cancel for a prompt refund as described in the shipping policy. Unshipped orders can be cancelled without a fee. Eligible unused items have a 45-day return-request window from delivery or collection and no restocking fee, subject to the full return policy.

Equipment use and warranties

Read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, safety guidance and maintenance requirements. Confirm that equipment is suitable for its intended use and any site requirements. Warranty terms vary by product and are governed by the warranty actually supplied and applicable law. These terms do not disclaim non-excludable warranties or legal remedies.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, keep account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not use the website to submit fraudulent orders, disrupt service, access another person’s data or upload unlawful material. Product materials and third-party trademarks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Reviews and outside links

Submit reviews based on your own experience, without private information or unlawful content. We may moderate spam, abusive material or content unrelated to the product. External websites have their own terms and policies; a link does not make their promises ours.

Resolving a concern

Please call us first so we can understand and try to resolve a concern. This does not require you to waive a chargeback, complaint, court access or any other right available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

Updated terms apply prospectively. The terms agreed when an order was accepted continue to apply to that order unless you agree to a change or the law requires otherwise.
